Progress claims are prepared monthly as per your requirements. In addition to this, we have a full-time technical manager who assists with technical queries on-site, ensuring installation mistakes are prevented therefore avoiding unnecessary costs to repair damaged doors, ironmongery, etc.

DELIVERY TO SITE

Upon the delivery of our ironmongery to site, a program called Specworx Field is given to our contractors and quantity surveyors to track ironmongery that has been delivered, installed, and signed off by the contractor. Deviation reports show the delivery progress and any specification changes that could impact the budget.

SPECWORX

Specworx® is a turnkey solution used by our Architectural Specifiers. It generates professional Ironmongery specifications that are viewed and bi-directionally linked to Autodesk® Revit® using the free Specworx® viewer.
